NO is OK - FM Corner #123

🎥 | NO is ok. That is the subject Danny tackles today. We all are busy in our jobs. If we weren't we wouldn't be in the roles we have with the responsibilities that are attached to the job. However, when "I am busy" becomes the tag line, we are losing opportunities to learn, improve our product and develop relationships. You can't do business with everyone, that is a fact. However, you can unde...

A couple of helpful videos do show you what this video doesn't, by Heart Hands Mikey & grayfurnaceman. What's confusing is there are (at least) 2 types of compression ferrule, the usual little collar that gets squeezed inside a nut and the type used here where the ferrule deforms the end of the tube and partially breaks off as it's tightened.

So this video was very annoying, it's just a teaser to direct u to their website windycityequip and supposedly create a login to the see the rest of it. Turns out u can just go there and click on DIY Videos then click on Sign In and it will ask for the password which is "repairs", no need to give an email address. This video is on P5 of 8, but it's the exact same video as they have here, i.e. useless. Some of their videos do have actual content but a bunch of others do the same thing as this one, an intro then their logo.

Very well explained you got me thinking maybe in the next 20 years I end up in becoming a facility management as I study sports and recreation management so I hope I end up working in something that is good. I just find that sometimes no matter how small or big the tasks is it can be challenging but we are up to the challenge. What advice would you give me as a college student? it’s hard finding something as a start up everything needs tons of experience it’s seems to be an exciting field but i feel like iam behind I only worked as sales Associate for one month seasonal and been doing volunteering stuff. If you can give me the pros and cons to your perspective that’ll be highly appreciated

Hello, thank you for your contribution to us do it yourself guys. I have just purchased a Hobart bowl chopper (Buffalo chopper) model 84186. I want to service it before I use it. The only way to access the two oil reservoirs is to turn the machine on its back and remove the bottom cover. There is a drain plug on the bottom of each reservoir but no fill level hole or sight glass, how do know what the oil level is at. Also what type of oil do I use. Thanks for any help you can provide, I cannot find information anywhere. All the best, Joe.

Being in this industry for 41 years, I never heard these kinds of statements from people with strong influences regarding this industry. I shared this on my Linkd in account. Finally, I haven't found one software program that works. They all suck except Roopairs. This one is the one a service provider can use effectively and efficiently. Good luck to you all....great job
